Day 8: Dedication Means My Downstairs Neighbor Hates Me

I currently live in a condo above someone. The only reason I don’t like working out at home is because I have to incorporate HIIT workouts with my weight training to burn off this fat. My HIIT workouts include burpees, running in place, quick feet, high knees, jump squats..any loud exercise…you name it. So, I’m pretty sure I sound like a stampede of elephants going by at all times of the day or night.

When I say dedicated, I mean…I get a workout in whenever I can. Sometimes that may be a quick 10 minute HIIT session at 11PM. Sometimes it may be a whole hour at 5PM.

I just want to publicly apologize to my neighbor lol. I just can’t let any type of excuse get in the way this year. I’m going to be a whole different person this time next year. I promised myself that.

Whatever it takes!

Ok, now time for food!

Breakfast: Sausage, Egg Whites w/ Veggies

It was a smoked beef sausage with no sugar added ketchup, 2 egg whites with sautéed spinach and mushrooms. Very satisfying.

Lunch: Adult Lunchable w/ Side of Mango

I didn’t eat everything. See pic below. I had 9 pepperoni and 10 pretzels left. Also, See the serving sizes in the next few pics.
Instead of using lime, I drizzled some Apple Cider Vinegar and sprinkled Tajin on there! It’s the perfect sweet, sour, and salty snack! Try it.

Snack: Greek Yogurt Parfait

I typically have Silk Vanilla Yogurt which is dairy free, but I didn’t have any left. I’m going grocery shopping to stock up on items this week.

Dinner: Bbq Chicken “Pizza”

I had three of these bad boys since I had quite a bit of calories left for the day. I only had part skim mozzarella, flour tortillas, and bbq sauce with sugar…otherwise I would have used fat free cheese, whole grain pita or tortilla, and sugar free bbq sauce. See calories below.
These came out soooooo good! I have to do a post on these bad boys.

Dessert: Granola Cereal

Total Calories for the day. I’m going to the gym for sure tomorrow and will weigh myself and update you all.

That concludes my day of eating. I worked out around 10 tonight and it was killer and loud lol…hence the title of this post! Here is a screenshot of it on Youtube if you’re curious.

I also ended up doing about 4 Fitness Marshall Dance Workouts. I did it to the new Justin Bieber, “Yummy,” “Sorry not Sorry,” 7 rings,” and “Side to Side.” I highly recommend him if you’re looking to laugh and have fun with your workout.
